In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

It will open up a new window which will show you a checkout screen. Please follow these instructions to ensure that your payment is processed correctly.
- Next to “PRICE $” click the 0 and enter the amount you wish to pay today.
- Click on Checkout.
- Accurately enter your email address and payment information to complete the process.
- You will receive a receipt at the email address you entered in step 3.
